Tricycle Manufacturer & Exporter in Nigeria

Pioneering Sustainable Urban Transport & Industrial Solutions for the West African Market

🌐

The Rise of "Keke Napep" in Nigeria

In the bustling streets of Lagos, Kano, and Ibadan, the tricycle—locally known as "Keke Napep"—has evolved from a simple mode of transport into the backbone of Nigeria's last-mile logistics and public transportation. As the most populous nation in Africa, Nigeria faces unique urban mobility challenges. Our role as a premier tricycle manufacturer and exporter in Nigeria is to provide vehicles that are not only durable but also tailored to the tropical climate and rugged road conditions of West Africa.

The Green Revolution: Electric Tricycles

Nigeria is currently witnessing a massive shift toward sustainable energy. With rising fuel costs and government initiatives favoring Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Electric Vehicles (EV), our Electric Tricycles are designed to lead this transition. By reducing operational costs for Nigerian drivers and eliminating carbon emissions, we are helping cities like Abuja move toward a "Green City" status. Our battery technology is optimized for high-heat environments, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Industrial & Construction Support

Beyond passenger transport, tricycles in Nigeria are increasingly used in the industrial sector. From moving construction materials in tight urban sites where trucks cannot enter, to agricultural haulage in rural Ogun state, the versatility of our 1.5M to 1.8M models is unmatched. Coupled with our heavy-duty tower cranes, we provide a complete ecosystem for Nigeria's booming real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Our Production Prowess

Our production plant covers an area of 208 acres, with 50,000 square meters of modern production workshops equipped with advanced production equipment. We have introduced large-scale CNC gantry five-face machining center HF-8M from SNK, Japan, AREA-EV8 and MECOF M1040 five-axis linkage moving column boring and milling machining centers from FPT, Italy, as well as large-scale CNC floor milling and boring machine TK6920A from Wushong and Kunming Machine Tool of Shenji Group and TK6913 from Wuhong Machine Tool Co. and other high-end equipments.

These high-end equipments have the ability to process major equipments for molds, nuclear power, heat and power, wind power, hydropower, ships, and specifically, the precision components required for our high-performance tricycles exported to Africa.

Trends in Nigeria's Tricycle & Machinery Market

The Nigerian economy, being the largest in Africa, requires robust logistical solutions. The "Tricycle Manufacturer & Exporter in Nigeria" sector is currently undergoing a paradigm shift. Historically, tricycles were imported as Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits and assembled locally. However, advanced manufacturers like Shandong Dazheng are now focusing on enhancing the durability of these vehicles through precision engineering. The demand for 1.5M and 1.8M electric models is skyrocketing in states like Ogun and Lagos due to the "Last Mile" logistics boom, driven by e-commerce platforms like Jumia and Konga.

Moreover, the Nigerian government's Presidential Initiative on Compressed Natural Gas (Pi-CNG) and the push for electric mobility to mitigate the impact of subsidy removals have made electric tricycles a high-priority investment. Our vehicles are equipped with reinforced chassis to handle the "Nigerian Road" factor, where flash floods and uneven surfaces are common. The integration of high-precision measuring instruments like 3D measuring systems in our manufacturing process ensures that every tricycle exported to Nigeria meets international safety standards.

In the construction sector, our presence in Nigeria extends to providing top-tier tower cranes for landmark projects in the Eko Atlantic City and the New Centenary City in Abuja. The synergy between our lightweight transport solutions (tricycles) and heavy lifting equipment (cranes) allows us to serve the entire lifecycle of a Nigerian infrastructure project, from the initial site clearing to the final delivery of goods.

As we look to the future, the localization of spare parts and the establishment of technical training centers in Nigeria are part of our long-term commitment. We don't just export; we partner with local distributors to ensure that every "Keke" we put on the road stays on the road, contributing to the Nigerian GDP and providing livelihoods for thousands of entrepreneurial drivers.

Why Choose Us as Your Tricycle Partner in Nigeria?

Choosing a tricycle manufacturer and exporter requires trust in both the product's quality and the after-sales support. For the Nigerian market, we offer:

  • Local Durability: Our tricycles are built with high-tensile steel, designed to resist the humidity of the coastal regions like Lagos and the dust of the northern Sahel.
  • Advanced Technology: Using five-axis linkage boring and milling centers, we ensure every gear and axle is perfectly aligned, reducing vibration and wear—critical for Nigerian road conditions.
  • Energy Efficiency: Our electric range offers a cost-effective alternative to petrol, with rapid-charging capabilities compatible with local power grids and solar charging stations.
  • Direct Exporting: By eliminating middlemen, we provide the most competitive pricing for Nigerian fleet owners and construction firms.
